Abstract: We will outline a partial calculation of the Fukaya category of a Fano hypersurface in projective space. This gives us a proof of part of Kontsevich’s homological mirror symmetry conjecture in this case. We will also explain how it is possible to extract some well-known Gromov-Witten invariants (such as the 27 lines on a cubic surface) from our partial calculation of the Fukaya category.
