Abstract: The maximally supersymmetric gauge theory in four dimensions became a particular object study in the last 15 years due to its exact duality with string theory in a curved background. Another surge of interest came with the discovery of integrability of the so-called planar limit. Integrability is powerful enough to determine the spectrum of anomalous dimension for any value of the coupling constant or, equivalently, the energies of free strings for any value of the curvature radius.

I will present the equations determining the spectrum, and how to exploit them to extract the anomalous dimensions for particular operators, in perturbation at weak coupling or at strong coupling.
