Abstract: In these two lectures I plan to discuss various ways to pose the classification problem and briefly mention different ways to attack these problems. For all these methods I will demonstrate their application to the classification of certain classes of manifolds in the range mentiones in the title. Then I want to give an overview of the most important explicit classification results. In the end I want to explain one of the methods in more detail which allows a rather systematic approach to classifiying manifolds in this dimension range.
