Abstract: A candidate description for a strange metal phase in 1+1 dimensions, namely a model of strongly-coupled fermions in the adjoint representation of SU(N) is considered. It is known that such models at high densities flow to IR WZNW theories having an emergent (2,2) supersymmetry. I describe the chiral ring of such theories and discuss its large N limit.
