Title: Principal G-bundles on Elliptic Curves

Abstract: In this talk we fix a compact group G and consider holomorphic principal bundles over a given elliptic curve with structure group the complex form of G. We will introduce various ways to think about these bundles and consider the moduli space of all of them (with suitable stability conditions). We will also examine briefly the relationship between these moduli spaces (for appropriate groups G) and the moduli spaces of del Pezzo surfaces with the elliptic curve as hyperplane section, the latter being related to the proposed heterotic string/F-theory duality.
