Abstract: Chern-Simons theory in the 3-sphere with Wilson loop observables along a link is related to the Gromov-Witten potential counting holomorphic disks on a Lagrangian filling of the conormal tori of the link in the resolved conifold (the small resolution of the cotangent bundle of the 3-sphere with the 0-section collapsed). We discuss a recently observed relation between a proposed construction of mirror symmetric geometries of the conifold and the augmentation polynomial of the Legendrian contact homology DGA of the conormal tori.
