Abstract: We investigate the relationship between integrable systems, such as Ruijesnaars-Schneider, Calogero-Moser, Gaudin, and integrable spin chains, such as XXX and XXZ with the help of gauge theories in three dimensions. We will be able to prove a number of nontrivial dualities between some of these models.
