Abstract: Bethe/gauge correspondence identifies the supersymmetric vacua in a gauge theory with the stationary states of a quantum integrable system. In the past the identification of the spectra of the quantum integrals of motion and the expectation values of the local chiral observables was studied. In this lecture I will discuss the construction of the actual Bethe states, their coordinate wave functions, and the corresponding operators in gauge theory. For mathematically oriented audience this talk is about a version of Kronheimer-Mrowka type surface observables in the topological gauge theories.
