The SCGP Café offers a series of cooking demonstrations by Executive Chef Paolo Fontana titled the Culinary Master Series. The idea for the classes stemmed from an introductory class proposed by SCGP Deputy Director, Alexander Abanov. The class proved to be so popular that the Café has expanded it to a series celebrating seasonal varieties. Each class has a different theme which highlights seasonal favorites. Chef Paolo considers his cooking to be a very emotional thing – each recipe coming straight from his heart.
Each cooking demonstration allows you to the opportunity to learn tips and tricks from the master himself, taste the dishes, and enjoy wine pairings.
