Congratulations 2016 Nobel prize winners in physics: David J. Thouless, J. Michael Kosterlitz and F. Duncan M. Haldane

On behalf of the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics, we would like to congratulate 2016 Nobel prize winners in physics: David J. Thouless, J. Michael Kosterlitz and F. Duncan M. Haldane. The Nobel prize was awarded “for theoretical discoveries of topological phase transitions and topological phases of matter”.
