Zohar Komargodski, Permanent Member of the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics, was invited to be the 2018 speaker of the New Horizons Solvay Lectures in Physics. These lectures are to be given by brilliant young scientists with already high visibility and well established stature. They deliver one broad lecture at the Solvay Institutes on their current research and the challenges they see for their discipline. Each year there are New Horizons Solvay Lectures in Chemistry and Physics.
Zohar will deliver his lectures titled “Using Topology to Solve Strongly Coupled Quantum Field Theories” on October 16 and 17, 2018.
