Our workshop proposal centers on trying to bring together the members of several disjoint communities in a productive and informative way. While workshops to this effect do exist, e.g. very synergic interactions of formal high-energy community and formal condensed matter community nowadays commonplace, less emphasis is made on having communities interact when the methodology of research varies greatly. Namely the interaction between numerical, phenomenological and formal hep community is quite poor, and the questions these communities are trying to answer are often either cast in different languages and motivation. We believe this is fertile ground for enormous progress. However, to overcome it, one needs to overcome a difference in langue, notation and style which causes a high-barrier of inter-community communication. In order to facilitate this, having high-quality speakers as well as a high-quality audience is essential. In addition, the format of the talks is absolutely crucial, because traditional-style talks are unlikely to work well in communicating across different communities.
