Please read the important information below before applying for a visit to the Simons Center.
The Simons Center encourages and supports a few general visits (i.e. those outside participation in a program or workshop) each year. Successful applicants for a general visit are those whose scientific interests and recent work are compatible with the goals of the Center and indicate that their presence at the Center will enrich both the Center and the visitor. If you are interested in the Sabbatical program please fill out a general visit application and note that you are interested in coming during your Sabbatical.
Important information for people applying for a program can be seen here.
The application deadline for all programs and workshops is 3 months prior to the start date, unless specified differently on the event webpage or if the event is already at maximum capacity. Applicants will be contacted as soon as possible after the respective deadline.
We are committed to academic freedom and keeping science open to all individuals. We encourage anyone interested in attending to apply, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, pregnancy, immigration status, veteran status, or any other aspect of identity. All participants at the meeting will be treated with dignity and respect, and discrimination or harassment of any form will not be tolerated.
