Organized by Lara Anderson and Laura Schaposnik
The school is aimed at graduate students and young postdocs, and will expose participants to some current research topics on the geometry and physics of Higgs bundles. The workshop will have several mini-courses by experts on topics close to their own research, including a mix of lectures and problem sessions, which will take place during the mornings. During the afternoons, there will be advanced research talks by experts in the field, exposing young participants to the most current questions in the area.
We are committed to academic freedom and keeping science open to all individuals. We encourage anyone interested in attending to apply, regardless of race, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, pregnancy, immigration status, or any other aspect of identity. All participants at the meeting will be treated with dignity and respect, and discrimination or harassment of any form will not be tolerated.
